****- DON'T FALL FOR IT!!

The contract says: To claim call this number, claim after 90 days from your first debit order. I have been paying them for 3 months now when I have to submit my first claim for minor scratches, they are nowhere to be found. Their number is a cellphone that rings endlessly until I opted to send an email. When I called again to enquire about submitting my claim, the guy said I must send him a WhatsApp instead for details on how to claim. I sent the WhatsApp over 3 hours ago, still no feedback. What if I don't use WhatsApp? I must download it especially for them?
