I took this policy/plan almost 2 years ago, I tried to submit my claim in February 2020 with no success. The country was in lockdown from March 2020, I tried after the restrictions were uplifted still no luck and no response on their watsup. I am suspecting that I was ****med here and I am cancelling my subscription.
