Gym

I cancelled the membership after serious investigation of the consequences and their admins at gym in EL they told me that I can cancel for free, I had to write a letter of cancellation since I was moving from EL town to somewhere else far from gym, When I send the request they refuse to cancel me saying that I must pay the remaining amount I don’t know what amount is that. Now they say I must resign with them so that they cancel my membership fee. I hate being held hostage while I followed proper procedures
