******* Account Handover

I joined body beautiful gym in March and I only went 2 times, the 3rd time was the day I asked them to cancel my contract because I was not happy with the way things were.<br> The 2 times I went there, there was no entry system so I had to carry around the contract with the receipt to prove that I have paid to be there. The 3rd and last time I went, there was load shedding and I could not train, there was no generator to back up the electricity shortages.<br> <br> Actually the 2nd time, I had come for a dance class and the instructor did not pitch and one of the managers tried to call but he could not get hold of her.Then I decided I was not going to come again. hence I asked the guy who had signed me to cancel my contract.<br> 3 months later I receive a threatening sms for the debt collectors I just received an SMS advising that my account has been handed over to Bennett and Associates, threatening me with garnish orders and ITC listing, on what grounds was this account handed over? I then went to the gym to demand the answers, they kept me waiting for 45min for a manager (Morne)who never came. I still receive these call and smses and I do not appreciate them. I want the account cancelled.
