Poor service received after gym contract termination.

The gym itself is great, and the service at the gym is good; however, you do not get the same great service when canceling your gym membership.

My husband and I canceled our gym membership at Body Beast Gym "Hardcore Fitness" in January 2026. His bank account was debited again in February 2026. After inquiring why his bank account was debited, he was advised there was an outstanding amount due to an unsuccessful debit order. The full outstanding amount required to cancel the contract was paid on March 2, 2026, and confirmation was received that the contract and debit orders had been canceled via WhatsApp.

It has been two months now since we canceled our gym membership, but my husband's account was debited once again today, which has caused him to incur extra bank fees once again due to his bank account unexpectedly being debited by Body Beast Gym "Hardcore Fitness" .
