Membership Increase and Forged Information

I joined the gym in march and after three months of joining the gym I receive a month notice that the gym will increase it's fee. This is a 15% increase fee. When I joined the gym I was offered a contract that I couldn't afford and I was willing to walk away from, they ended up offering me a contract which was financially suited for me. Only for the amount I pay to change two months later to the offer the gym initially offered me which I made clear I couldn't afford. I contacted the gym and I was told it is on the contract which is not. They also sent me forged information concerning their policies. Now that I brought those things to them, they won't respond to my emails.
