Kicking the Competitor's BUT

I just want to say, I have never heard of your gym until today when I read that you are taking on Discovery and Planet fitness and Virgin active for unfair business practice. I just want to say - WELL DONE. As a discovery client, I complained to them about Planet fitness a few times. I signed up with PF in 2020 BEFORE covid. Went to the gym for 2 months, and thereafter when everything re- opened I was told that my children are not allowed in the gym (and this is a gym without a child care facility but never minded me taking the kids along, they PROMISED to open one etc, etc - empty promises. Anyway so I ended up paying over a years gym fees, just not to be allowed in the gym, because I have children and I don't have anyone to look after them AT ALL. So basically, I feel that they were discriminating against me and my children - but according to them that was the new law when covid came in and it still is that way with the,. But anyway, learnt my lesson and will never go there again EVEN if it is free. But good luck to you and I hope you get to kick the competitor's ASS!!!!

 Good morning Irene,
Thank you very much for your support as we take these businesses on! Reading about your experience and encounter simply serves as proof that paying Vitality clients should have far more freedom of choice and better value when it comes to what they pay for.

We believe that fitness is an all-inclusive lifestyle for everyone, and you should not be restricted just because you have children. In fact, a fitness lifestyle should include young families as this is the essence of what it means to be all-inclusive while also setting a healthy foundation for youngsters.

If you are ever in our area - please do pay us a visit as we'd love to personally give you and your children a high-five for your support.

Have a wonderful day.
