Nightmare from Hell

Ordered and paid for a dress on the 31st of May and still haven't received it. They released a statement mid june saying they were having problems with delivery, I understood that. On the 20th and 26th of June I got an email saying my order was on the way, It never arrived. 11 July I contacted them for a refund only for them to ask me whether they can still send it cause it's there.

They've been ducking and diving my calls, claiming that they don't use WhatsApp anymore and decided to send out the dress even though they didn't confirm whether my delivery address is the same, literally my address changed in the last week.

They didn't even bother to tell me what resolution the came to or talk to me. They're *********, don't respect they're clients and their own values. I want my money back because who'd want to wear it? They scream unprofessional, unorganized and lacking in communication skills, mismanagement of resources.

I'd give them negative stars if it was possible.
