THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECEIVED ****MER ALERT!!

I have ordered a dress that costed over R1200 on August 28th 2023. Prior to having place this order I had tried contacting them via Instagram message and still have not received a response and I needed the dress urgently so decided to place the order anyways. Almost two weeks have passed and over +50 email's I've sent daily attaching screenshots and order number, I have also tried reaching out to them via their website chat room on multiple occasions let alone my countless messages and replies to their stories -which mind you they continue to post on their stories everyday.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE/BRAND and report them as many times as possible. They are not a credible nor reputable business. Legitimate ****mers. I just wish I knew about 'hello peter' prior to read the reviews before purchasing.
