Instagram online shop - BODIED IS A ****..BE Careful!!!

On the 24th of April I ordered a dress on Bodied Web page. I was planning to wear the dress to my friends 40th birthday on the 06th of May. The dress was not delivered on time. I had to buy something else to wear at the party. The Bodied dress was R1200,I have been asking for a refund since May. The boutique has blocked me in all their social media pages and my emails bounce back. All I need from them is my money. The Bodied customer service is a despicable customer service, I have ever received from an online store. I just want my money. I would like to warn other people not bother buying from that boutique, it is a ****. They keep advertising on Instagram but when I try to reach out I receive zero response. I don't know what to do anymore :( ,I just want my money that's all.
