making online purchasing impossible

I bought from Bodeaz in September, my bank account was debited that day. It is now 04 December and the only communication I have received (besides all the spam email) was on 21 September confirming my order. The Singapore tracking company says it has left China however the South African tracking company (South African Post Office) say it hasn't arrived. I have no idea where my parcel is or if I will ever get it.
