BOBS TV repair

Bernard from Bob's Tw Repairs was very quick to come and fix my TV and gave me a two year guarantee claiming he would repair my TV again should it be problematic. The TV was fixed and payment was done R1300. The following day the TV showed the same vertical stripes as before the fixing. I contacted Bernard immediately and he said he will come and fix it again. After a week of phoning etc he just ignores me. I am now also informed by several other TV repair persons that my TV could not be fixed and that most probably Bernard knew this and just bypassed something to let it work for a very short period
