I ordered books in January and I haven't received them. No communication, they blocked me on Whatsapp and they are not responding to calls or emails. Don't buy anything from them.

Unreliable Services
I have bought some books online in January 2026. I have still not received the books. They are unreliable. Their customer care department is non existent. Very poor communication. Strugle to get the books or a refund.

Non-Delivery of Order and Outstanding Refund Since January 2026
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. I placed an order for books on 14 January 2026, and to date, they have still not been delivered. Following this, I requested a refund and have made multiple follow-ups, yet there has been no resolution or feedback. This level of service is unacceptable.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. I placed an order for books on 14 January 2026, and to date, they have still not been delivered. Following this, I requested a refund and have made multiple follow-ups, yet there has been no resolution or feedback. This level of service is unacceptable.

WARNING! Do not order from Bob’s Books, I ordered school textbooks 9th Jan 2026 and today is 24 Feb 2026 and I have not received my order nor a refund. Sadly, he has ****med many. Do not let yourself be one.
