Rogues , ******** BOBS Basket need to shut down their website

Good Afternoon

I purchased a Smeg Toaster & Kettle , till this very day I have not received my order which was done on the 19/04/2021 , every time I phone to speak to the manager I get told my order will be arriving soon wait for confirmation of the email which I have not received till this very day ,their website needs to be shut down SMEG and all Major appliance companies need to be informed of their ****s, they are ripping poor people of their monies.
