Bobs Basket - Unprofessional and ********* in their conduct

Ordered a Smeg kettle on April 14th where the estimated delivery was was to be 21 April. This day cam and went but no delivery. Tried to contact them but they do not respond to emails, whatsapp or answer their phones. Finally go a hold of them on 6th May and they said they wont be able to fulfil order and going to do a refund. I am waiting for my refund still. They market themselves as the cheapest and takes your money and keeps it until you call them for it. They duck and dive until them.
