Conveyer belt attitude to clients: long waits and rushes through more or less three clients per hour with no attention to detail or requests. Makes her new clients sign an indemnity form in case they aren’t happy with the result. I see why now. Not sure how legal that is. Extremely bad blowdrying with a hairdryer only; plus she first dries your hair 80% and then blow-dries it when it is already practically dry -- obviously to save time. (This method doesn't work for dry and fragile hair like mine). Place smelled like burned broccoli because she made herself food in the kitchen while rushing from one client to another. Cuts your hair *after* blowdrying. Promises to apply Olaplex, but then uses some cheap substitute from a bottle. Instead of root lifting as requested, she put heat-resistant spray on my hair telling me that it’s root lifting. Clearly has been spoiled by clients who don’t know the difference between good and bad client service. Based on Instagram photos she can be very good when she wants to, but she clearly doesn’t want to with her pit-stop approach to her normal clients. Gets rude and irritable when you try to be specific in your requests. (Eventually became incredibly rude when I wasn’t happy with the blow drying). Despite all the above, the prices are not cheap!
