My partner had her hair done in July by Amy only to come home twice looking like she had done her hair herself with a blindfold on. She notified the owner that she isn’t happy and was advised to go back. She went back the second time and she looked terrible. She came home crying and everyone she showed was shocked that her was ‘professionally’ done. She notified the owner again who told her to come in for a third time. I told her if she goes back she will pay the price with her hair falling out because clearly they don’t know what they doing. She left a google review (which keeps getting deleted by the company) advising on what happened and attached the awful images of her hair. The owner phoned her upset that she left the review. Not to once apologise to her or offer a refund. No, Dalene was only concerned about her reputation and had an attitude over the phone as if she is the one who just had her hair ruined and was charged R2000 for it. In my opinion my girlfriend’s money was ****** as she paid for a service at a ‘Professional’ institution that she did not receive. She always spoke highly of Dalene, but she saw her true colours and realised it is all a facade. But as I told her Karma is very real and people get what they give out.
