Unhappy about treatment at Bobos.

I booked a table of 10 for celebration way in advance. I was not informed correctly with regards to certain policies and clearly there was no communication between the staff at the restaurant and this lead to a very embarrassing experience for me and my guests. I took this up with the management at Bobos and although they did apologise I was left feeling that they did not really care and I also felt that they were quite condescending. None of the 10 of us will be returning.
