Pathetic service

I bought a watch on their website 6 November. Till now I have not received any feedback or progress reports. I have tried all the various contact details but without any success. I have reported their FB page as a **** and is currently trying to report their website as well. Have reported them to my bank to try and recover my money. Will never do business with them ever.
