Order Undelivered

I received awful service from this company and I am still waiting for my order to be SENT (not even delivered!) after 15 working days which is completely unacceptable considering they charge an exorbitant delivery fee of R180 and estimate delivery time at 2-10 working days. I understand that delays happen but I have received no apology or explanation regarding the delay.

The timeline is as follows: On 24/11 I placed an order for a watch which was to be a gift and paid. Their delivery time is estimated at 2-10 working days. On 28/11 I received an email that said the following: "Your order is forwarded for delivery. We will forward your tracking details within 24 hours. Your parcel should reach you with 7 days." I did not receive a tracking number so I emailed them on 8/12 and asked where my order is but received no reply. On 12/12 my shipping status was updated to "We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready" which I assume means it STILL hasn't even been sent.

This is completely unacceptable considering I have already paid for the product and delivery. Do not order from this company if you are looking to buy a gift for someone as there are clearly heavy delays in delivering goods. If I had received a reply to my email or some kind of explanation or apology, I would not feel the need to resort to this site.
