Not a **** - Be patient - Their service just sucks

Also thought it was a **** until it arrived 2 months later. Their numbers are unreachable and their email responses seem system generated. Then I looked here on hellopeter and was convinced it was a ****. I even commented on every post on their facebook page telling everyone it's a ****. Be patient, they will not respond to you. And If they do, they will say it's a backlog issue. But your stuff will arrive... eventually.
