I am absolutely shocked by the service, how can one accept an order with no intention of delivery. I have spoken with Vivian Smith on 2 occasions and give untruthful feedback. Its totally unacceptable to even pay the crazy courier fee and then to not receive the tracking number at all. Also you promise nationwide delivery within 5 working days on your facebook page but yet zero feedback given. You contact centre set up is a waste of time as you never have anyone available. Disgusting that you take peoples hard earned cash!
