Unhappy customer - second class citizen
For years I have only used Bobbi Brown... I would like to express how disappointed in both Pavilion Durban and Gateway branches... First off... Pavilion .. In need of better assistants ... I went to get an easy to use brow kit... The assistant gave me eye shadow... Brown eye shadow that needless to say was only used once... Disappointed I later got the correct brow pencil with brush which is exactly what I wanted... The second time I got two lip colours ... Excited to go home and try them out only to discover I got the incorrect colours.... To this end I called the manager who changed the colours for me.. And gave me a few samples for my troubles.. Yesterday I went to gateway and was so unhappy on how niece and I got treated.. My niece wanted to get her make up done.. And instead of taking her to Mac I decided I would introduce her to the brand I use.. The assistant who has seen me before explained that I had to buy two products for this to happened .. Which we did.. But the fact that I buy products nearly every weekend did not count. I usually go to the gateway store .. I am beside myself that Bobbi Brown treats their loyal customers this way.. Not only did I have to go to pavilion shopping centre TWICE but I get treated like a second class citizen when I get to Gateway... Customer service is key and while I do understand that there is store policy etc. You guys will run the risk and people changing brands.. I am very disappointed and honestly am thinking about it myself... I've spent a lot of money at these stores and I would have expected more from an international brand.
