Terrible service from Bobbi Brown

I ordered from their Website, the money was deducted from my bank account but I did not receive a confirmation, after phoning the next day I was told it was a glitch in their system and they requested a refund (maximum time to wait will be 14 days). I still have not received my refund and no reply regarding refund Re: Case ***3.
