Terrible customer service

I have placed an order on 25 May 2020 and they managed to deliver it to the wrong person/address. I have queried this several times, each time they ask me if I know the person that signed for the parcel - and each time I explain to them that I don't know the person, then they just don't respond! If I knew the person that signed for the order I would collect it!! I have tried getting this resolved via email and Facebook but up until now their service has been absolutely pathetic! They can't even help me with a refund! I will never support them again.
