Shocked &disappointed - bad service at Bobbi Brown

After being a MAC girl for years, I decided to try Bobbi foundation. My first experience at Gateway was not great but nothing so bad that I felt the need to complain. I've enjoyed the product & yesterday, went to the Pavilion store to purchase more foundation. I was passed on to a girl to help me. While she was cleaning my face, my eyes were closed but I happened to open them to see her making some or other face to 2 other staff standing there looking at me with smirks on their faces.
