Ongoing delivery and service issues

I have still not received my order from May 2020. The company has taken my money and despite several emails and phone calls has failed to deliver. The order was damaged and the courier did not deliver. The consultant at Bobbi Brown undertook to ensure that the order would be delivered. But the tracking number I was referred to is still the number for the order that was damaged by the courier service. My emails remain unanswered.
