Non-Existent Customer service

I have had atrocious service from the Bobbi Brown online store. An order that was placed in May 2020 has not yet been delivered. I get no response to my emails. The attitude of some of the women I have spoken to at the company leaves much to be desired. They are patronizing yet unable to resolve the queries and problems. The company needs to review their customer policy and train their staff.
