No solution to broken Bobbi Brown lipstick

I recently ordered a Bobbi Brown lipstick. Upon arrival, when I opened the lipstick, the color stick fell out. It was completely broken off at the bottom. I took a photo and immediately contacted their customer service. They responded that they will look into the situation and I haven’t heard back from them. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that they have not come back to me or sent me a new lipstick.
