Excellent customer service!

I recently ordered 2 products online from the Bobbi Brown SA site. Just for signing up for their newsletter I received a 15% off discount voucher for my first purchase. When tracking my order, it stated that one of the items was out of stock. I then emailed the customer service online team to query this and they rep**** the very next day (mind you, the next day was a Saturday). They kept me updated about the delivery status of my order land I received my products within 3 working days which is very rare when purchasing items online due to staying in a very outlying area in SA. I also received 2 free samples which was a bonus. For anyone looking to purchase make up online I suggest going straight to the bobbi brown site. Not only do they provide good quality products but their customer service is extremely excellent. Well done team Bobbi.
