I am so impressed with the process, the order process is simple and of a global standard. They are always running promos and send you freebies and samples with your order, which to date i have never received from any bobbi brown store, and it takes a day or 2 to reach you. such a pleasure and relief knowing i can now get my essentials online and delivered to my doorstep!</p>
