Bad customer service

I have been contacting BB for the last 2 weeks I n order to return products as they took forever to deliver them and by the time they were delivered, I had already bought them at Woolies. Nobody has gotten back to me and I have been on a call with their customer service for almost an hour and no representative has picked up the call.
