Abuse of employee

Greetings<br> <br> I walked in the store with the intentions of making a purchase and heard the manager shout at her staff member telling her that she doesnt take **** (excuse my language) and that she needs to make sales whether she likes it or not. The girl looked so distraught and looked as though she was going to cry. That kind of emotional abuse by managers shouldnt be tolerated and cannot be accepted. I left and decided not to make a purchase there. Please assist in escalating this to Bobbi Brown SA head office as i cannot find their details.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Nkhensani
