****, you not gonna get your item neither you money

This online system use to be bidorbuy and it was doing fine back then. I use to buy a lot of staff from them and will be delivered to me. Recently, they changed the name from bidorbuy to bob shop and things went south. I order a mobile router and they courier was suppose to collect the item and they courier was told the item is not ready for collection from the supplier. When i contact them they keep telling me they are investigating the issue. I have checked the reviews online before making an order but based on my past experience they were good before. I regret trusting them again, i will never ever order anything from them again even their name can be bidorbuy again. If you don't want stress and headache don't use their website. I'm glad, this happened with these one item. I wanted to order other things as well.
