WORST SERVICE

I have been a client for many year. The last couple of months I have only been experiencing issues with Bob Shop. Firstly I received a incorrect package, that is supposed to go to a client in CPT. Then I won a product on an auction and added extra items from the same supplier to the order. When I received my order, the product I won was completely different than advertised. When I sent an email to the supplier, they gave me a don't care attitude "Oh well the supplier don't have stock, so you can return the complete order" According to my understanding if you have something on an auction, you need to have the product on hand? Ok third case, I ordered a phone screen, yesterday I got confirmation that the package was delivered however it was not delivered to me? I am trying to contact the courier company since yesterday and I am currently still holding on the line to speak to someone who can assist me to locate my package?? I need this issue to be resolved ASAP
