Worst customer service ever!!!!

Worst customer service ever!!!! Time now is 16:05, I have been struggling with their verification process from 10:20. I have been emailing them and calling them the whole day and as i was speaking to a Security agent Elvis Mabena, as we were speaking on the phone the call cut out at about 15:53. I was thinking that he would phone me back so I phoned back again at 16:02 just to hear from customer service that he no longer is available and has left his table.
