WARNING CONSUMERS - DONT BID OR USE BOB SHOP

I have been a loyal and excellent customer of Bob shop for a few months now, and have positive ratings on all platforms with sellers. I recently advertised an item for sale, as I have always used the platform to purchase. An amount of R10 became due and payable to Bob shop, that I was not informed about and completely forgot to pay. A huge R10. Without any emails or courtesy calls to me regarding this outstanding amount, someone at Bob shop decides to suspend my account and deletes all my current offers and ability to follow up on my existing orders, which some have not been delivered for very long. I then make a immediate R10 PAYMENT TO BOB SHOP, WHO process orders and clear payments for orders and bids within minutes, that I AM GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT BETWEEN 24 AND 48 Hrs for my accont to be reactivated. This is PATHETIC and I will no longer be using BOB SHOP AND WARN OTHER CUSTOMERS TO HEAD MY WARNING AND RATHER PURCHASE ON OTHER ONLINE BIDDING WEBSITES. SHAME ON YOU BOB SHOP, you have lost a GREAT client.
