Waiting 21 days for refund

I Bought a Laptop from one of Bobshop sellers, the seller send me an email the next day stating he moved over sea and took the laptop with him and I must cancel and ask for a refund, which I did, when I made a R13000 payment the money was deducted immediately as it must be, but now I must wait up to 21 days for refund, imagine what money they must be making with all there clients money in there bank account just on interest, I’m disgusted I need to buy another laptop to work with but now I can’t because they are sitting with my money. Please think twice before buying anything through Bobshop!!!!
