Unhappy disappointed poor service

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I bought a drone from Bobshop it was advertised as a GPS drone when I received it it was the opposite. Advertising read GPS drone FALS ADVERTISING

Then they send me abother on this was also faulty could not fly it....

Now Bobshop wants me to pay 278 for handling charges "handling charges for me" how possible this was not due to me not wanting the drone but the incompetence from Bobshop now I am punished with my hard earned money.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BOBSHOP IT ALL A ****
