Transit Claim Unsuccessful

Hellopeter, my name is Sanele and I'm a verified seller on bobshop I'm staying in Pretoria. Recently i have outsourced a brand new Itel 32" Tv in Capetown with the intention of selling it on bobshop.

I bought the Tv and it was transported to me from Capetown to Pretoria via (Pudo) Courier Guy successful in one piece, nothing lost or damaged in it original box wrapped with bubble wrapper. I sold the Tv on Bobshop as intended and the buyer was located in Eastern Cape.

Got the notification to ship the item and i did, item in box wrapped with bubble wrapper exactly the way i got it in Capetown. Unfortunately on transit from the courier side the Tv screen was damaged.

I phone the courier company (Courier Guy) the only response i got from them is that they don't ship tv. I then Phone bobshop they told me the item will be covered for transit insurance i should provide them the item invoice of which i gave them.

Now they i telling me the claim was unsuccessful due to lake of packaging of the item, here is my ticket number with them #186781## please help my small business will not survive from this
