Bob Shop is a poorly managed reseller. It took 3 weeks to get a package containing a single controller button. The seller wasn't the issue bob shop had given the courier the wrong phone number and kept going to the incorrect address, despite the correct number and address being on my Bobshop profile.

Even after weeks of email correspondence with both Bob shop and the seller they didn't correct the mistake. Eventually I had to track down the courier they used and phone them myself to get them to deliver the package to the correct address. It's clear the chain of communication just isn't there, and numerous phone calls to bob shop customer support ended with the person on the other end promising to escalate the issue only to never follow up or follow through. From both a seller and a customer perspective this platform seems like a huge waste of time and money.
