They Sold me Broken Things and Disable my account

Guys i bought items from there first time 2 cell phones excited to only get the worst the other was a Nokia Lumia 610 they promised2-3 days and i got my after 5 or 6 days and Bobshop imm disabled my after purchasing the one does reach sim cards or update doesnt except nothing i reached to the sellers not much was assisted there, went bobshop call they so called call the wonder full people on line hung on me countless times i haven an online and i wanted to on their and decided you im not that desperate to lower like boshop did to me and my service and products our views are different so im sitting i dont know what next but dont buys from boshop i dont even they are bothered
