There is nothing they can do, If a seller decides to not send what you paid for.

I have been using this platform for a while without issue. However the minute I get ****med by one of the sellers that has a traceable reputation for the same offence, the customer support team tries to play messenger between myself and the ****mer and after they make zero progress they basically ignor further communications and tell me good luck with that, despite all their buyers security and safety claims all over the platform. Seriously be careful on here.
