Terrible experience.

I placed an order with a vendor on this platform. Firstly, the item was not actually in stock, contrary to the seller's info on the site. The seller kept making excuses why there was a delay in delivery and eventually, I cancelled the order and a refund request was made. It has now been just over a month since I was informed the refund had been made, despite me receiving no payment whatsoever. The customer support is erratic at best and here I am four and a half weeks later non the wiser. I strongly advise caution to anybody even considering making use of this platform.
