Stay away from bobshop and mobicred.

Bobshop falsely advertised a product. I opened a @mobicred account to purchase that non existent product and now they are ignoring me, they do not want to close my account and hold me responsible for the initiation fees for an account i opened only because of lies on their behalf. What can i do?
