Shocking customer service

After purchasing a laptop from ttechsmart on Bobshop.co.za, as a gift for someone a month later, I was shocked to find the laptop crashing and rebooting every 5 min.

When I rated the seller badly, they insulted me for not sending it back before the person opened it a month later. I would not likely purchase from BobShop.co.za or Ttechsmart soon.

Had to replace parts to fix it, but was shocked that stickers where covering holes where there should be laptop casing.
