Safety at risk

Had a buyer that was unhappy with his purchase, I was kind and tried to help the buyer, did what Bobshop suggested and the buyer refused every single thing suggested, the buyer started to make false claims that I was harrasing him and making voilent threats and the buyer even threatend to go to the police for he claims to fear for his safety, I kindly asked the buyer to supply a single piece of proof of any hostility from me and he failed to do so. Then started to threaten me with legal action and even insisted he will have alleged broken items repaired and the I will be liable for the bill without my consent, it is not only against Bobshops tos but also oppertunity for *****, then the buyer started with theats of physical violence, when I made the Bobshop staff aware of this somehow I am the one in the wrong and they decided to side with the buyer, I ask you how can you allow users to make all these false statements and very serious accusations and even threats of bodily harm and when its brought to your attention I am in the wrong? The buyer now knows my name, my phone number and my physical address as I trusted Bobshop with these info, I will not be doing bussiness with a platform that not only allows users but applaud and promote actions that puts not only myself but my family's safety at risk!
