Refund hassle

I purchased two items that were advertised as "New" on Bob Shop as sale items worth R16K. I received really bad secondhand items, ofcourse, I logged for a return/refund. Between the seller and Bob shop, it took a month to get my refund. Although, I returned the items the following day after I received them. Not a pleasant experience at all.
