Poor Service.

They only reply to you when you call them, and they only reply to emails every other week. I waited for a package I ordered from them for two months; they kept saying they would follow up with the couriers but never provided a reason for the delay. After weeks of back-and-forth, the package was supposedly delivered and signed for, but I never received it.
