Poor live help and courier service

Pargo shipping by Bobshop a HUGE problem. Had to wait a week before it was collected after making numerous phone calls. A week later and item has still not been delivered? Now trying to utilize the so called live help option is terrible. Dibusing Josephine is the assigned agent of this mornings session. Said hello etc provided order number and guess what? 18 minutes later I am talking to myself with zero response. Service delivery is disappointingly poor
